Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Unless otherwise noted on the product page, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, please email info@shopsamsin.com with your order number and a photo of the item. In these cases, we will also refund the original shipping cost.

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, and we will do our best to reach a satisfactory resolution.
